You will receive a link through which you can select the Logipoint center or your order will be picked up.

Once you have completed this information, the next step is to print the generated label and stick it on the original product box. It is important and essential that you also adhere the returns label included in the delivery note.

The collection staff will collect the product at the indicated place and the verification/refund process will begin.

Our initial policy offers up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return the product, the shipping of which will be completely free. Remember that the product must be in its original condition, with the corresponding box and labels.
